In this role, you will:
Develop solutions for Java Spring Boot applications following and adhering to organizational standards. Additional responsibilities include:
Develop and share the industry best practices and standards for the business functional development and non-functional requirementsCreate unit test cases and automated functional test cases using Behavior Driven Development (BDD) technique following Test Driven Development (TDD) practicesCreate solutions with logging, APM monitoring to identify and react to issues immediatelyDevelop Microservices using Java, Spring Boot following event driven architectureDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deploymentsUnderstand and assure quality, security, and compliance requirements are metParticipate in daily scrum activities and ceremoniesAct as escalation point for addressing production and non-production issuesMentor junior and new engineers in the teamCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goalsReview moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and proceduresRequired Qualifications:
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of Java development experience3+ years of Java unit test case development experience
