· Total Experience: 10+ years

· Very strong JAVA/J2EE background

· Strong database background

· Technical all-rounder who can carry on a well-educated technical conversation with broader Client technical team. Most importantly - can hold his own on a technical level with gravitas.

· Excellent communication skills

· Prior Onsite-Offshore coordination experience required

· Any prior experience in Social space is highly preferred - esp Jive (but not mandatory)
