What You'll Do
As a Senior Knowledge Analyst within BCG's Operations Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data, and related expertise, etc.).
You will contribute to cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and help case teams create strong impact for the client. You will also support business development and go-to-market efforts of the operations implementation programs business, as opportunities arise, contributing research and analysis to marketing efforts. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions. Additionally, you will support the LCPM business in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets.
The Operations Practice Area is one of BCG's functional practices, which helps our clients create competitive advantage by enhancing their performance and building strategic capabilities. The OPS Knowledge Team is an expert network of experienced consultants who help clients on specific cases related to the functions and disciplines within the practice (e.g., Large capital project delivery, operating model, lean construction, business case optimization, etc.).
As a Senior Knowledge Analyst focused on large capital projects for implementation programs, you will work across topics and have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in particular topics as you grow in your Knowledge Team career.

What You'll Bring
