Responsibilities Make an impact

As a Senior Knowledge Manager in the intralogistics sector, you'll design and implement a comprehensive strategy to manage knowledge, identifying gaps and evaluating frameworks and technologies. Supporting organizational change, you'll promote best practices in knowledge sharing and lessons learnt among teams. Your role is pivotal in enhancing organizational efficiency through effective knowledge management strategies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. You will co-design systems, organize workshops, and provide training, using your expertise to guide Swisslog's strategic direction in knowledge management.   You are responsible for the design and implementation of a comprehensive knowledge management strategy aligned with organizational goals. You identify knowledge gaps, lessons learnt and opportunities for continuous improvement. You evaluate and implement knowledge management framework and technologies and ensure the effective use of tools for knowledge sharing and collaboration. By encouraging knowledge sharing among teams, you foster a collaborative environment. You support organizational change initiatives by promoting knowledge management practices, and train colleagues on knowledge management tools and best practices. The definition and reporting of KPIs to analyze the effectiveness and to drive the continuous improvement of the KM framework and systems is also part of your role. Application Requirements What you need to succeed You have extensive Knowledge Management experience in multinational contexts. You know how to implement a Lessons Learnt Culture. Proficiency in AI and systems such as MS-Office 365, and wiki-systems like Confluence is essential. You have strong project management skills. Your proactive approach and fluent English skills ensure seamless collaboration across global teams.
