**The Role:**
The **Senior L3 Infrastructure Operations Manager** is part of the Data Security team that will be responsible for managing L3 support for the Security Infrastructure. The role will oversee the infrastructure projects, security assessments, transition of infrastructure and tools under the global operational model, manage the production problems (i.e. root cause analysis/resolution for system issues, defects, and minor enhancements), and support project transition, operations, and technology. The ideal candidate should be a technical leader with an in-depth background in UNIX, Wintel technologies, and cryptographic products.
This role must have a firm grasp of system administration, network protocols, networking issues/solutions, system monitoring, databases, storage, and cryptographic hardware and software. The role may have to act as a member of quick-response, project task-support teams often working under critical deadlines functioning as both a collaborative team member and independently to resolve complex problems as needed.
**NOTE:** Candidates must be willing to **work in the New Castle, DE office location on a Hybrid basis** to be considered for this position.
**Responsibilities**
+ Build and manage complex distributed application Infrastructure
+ Manage and organize the SME support on all managed applications
+ Facilitate Capacity, Performance and Stability reporting and management
+ Lead the initiative to develop/improve scripts and other programs for system monitoring and maintenance
+ Provide Technical Mentoring
+ Lead Infrastructure projects and Security assessment for the infrastructure associated the applications in scope
+ Utilize effective leadership skills to document and perform knowledge transfer to other team members
+ Be responsible to assess the risk and associated impact of all operational issues and change events, while reacting quickly to appropriately escalate issues to technology management in a timely manner as needed
+ Work closely with the development team to ensure the operational requirements are met during project transition
+ Consistently maintain the Knowledge Share repository ensuring it remains up to date
+ Effective interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
+ Proven ability to work with high priority global stakeholders within critical timelines
**Qualifications**
+ 7+ years' experience in Technology Infrastructure Management in a SME and leadership capacity in one or more areas of Technology Infrastructure
+ 2+ years' experience in leadership directly managing teams with most or all of the following technologies
+ Experience with key management and PKI infrastructure, tokenization is a big plus
+ Hands-on experience scripting in Unix Shell, Perl, Python, and PowerShell
+ Experience working with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Microsoft Windows Server
+ Firm understanding of PKI concepts and standards including but not limited to X.509, CRL, FIPS, various cryptographic algorithms
+ Experience with hardware security modules
+ Application programming experience with PL-SQL, MS SQL & PostgreSQL RDBMS with working knowledge on how to interface with these databases, analyze/write complex queries, stored procedures and SQL scripts
+ Strong proficiency with OpenSSH with experience of setup and public key authentication
+ Web Server experience with IIS, NGINX, Apache HTTP Server
+ Experience with protocols like TLS, TCP/IP, UDB, OCSP, COM/DCOM/RPC, LDAP, SMB/CIFS/Samba
+ Experience with No SQL databases (Apache Cassandra highly preferred)
+ Understanding of virtualization technologies and various Hypervisors including but not limited to VMware ESXi and guest VMs, LDOMs, LPARs, etc.
+ Experience with various storage types & technologies like JBOD, NAS, SAN
+ Solid understanding of key network concepts like DNS, OSI model
+ Experience using Microsoft Active Directory
+ Willingness to work on weekends as needed
+ Experience with Java and VB.NET is a plus
**Education**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
+ Master's degree preferred
+ Relevant Certifications are a big plus (e.g., CISSP, CCNA/CCNP, CEH, RedHat, MCSE, etc.)

$156,160.00 - $234,240.00
