We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join our Legal Team in Vilnius, Lithuania!

 

Main responsibilities

 

Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and administering legal and transactional documents  Providing legal advice and support to legal issues Managing legal processes, litigations and business transactions Analyzing and identifying legal risks and implications, suggesting solutions Conducting legal research and analysis Handling ad hoc assignments Keeping management abreast of all new laws and regulations that may have implications for the company

Main Requirements

 

Experience within aviation is considered as an advantage Higher education in Law and at least 5 years’ experience in commercial law Knowledge of personal data protection regulations and requirements would be an advantage Experience in conflict resolution Perfect knowledge of spoken and written English and Lithuanian Strong sense of ownership Strong relationship-building skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Willingness to go that extra mile to accomplish what`s necessary
