About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Lead, Sales Enablement to join the Global Sales Enablement team in empowering our sales team to effectively sell our suite of solutions. We do this by leading strategic initiatives, rolling out training programmes, owning the sales toolkit, and fostering cross-functional partnerships.

In this role, you will:

Work with the rest of the Sales Enablement team to design, deliver and measure enablement initiatives (onboarding, systems training, role specific upskilling, etc).

Partner with local sales leaders & sellers on strategic enablement initiatives to streamline processes and challenges to allow sales to focus on selling.

Use performance data and annual surveys to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team

Serve as a USC point of contact for cross-functional partners (for example technology, product and marketing) on the rollout of programmes which involve the sales team. 

Co-own the select vendor relationships, with respect to efficient and effective usage by the Sales team.

Upload and maintain e-learning, video, audio and instructor led training content to  Mindtickle.

Be an approver of sales team licenses for the sales technology stack, ensuring access for the relevant team members.

Stay up to date on current enablement best practices and industry standards.

Manage junior members of the team to support on Sales Enablement initiatives; focused on more administrative and content build responsibilities.
 

About You

Bachelor’s degree 

At least 4+ years experience working in L&D, training, or sales enablement, ideally 1 year of direct management experience

Excellent knowledge of adult learning theory and learning design principles

Strong understanding of sales force operations, softwares and systems 

Outstanding ability to build and manage relationships and expectations with stakeholders and cross-functional partners

Superb communication skills and interest in presenting to large groups.

Dynamic and adaptable to business needs.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple day to day projects.

Base Pay: $87,000 - $116,000

Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.
 

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including: 20 days of PTO, 11 paid holidays, and 80 hours of paid sick time per full calendar year; 16 weeks paid parental leave; competitive healthcare benefits; 401k plan; and life and AD&D insurance.
