International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Business Analyst to Lead the Outbound Workstream for the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management(MAWM) Implementation for International’s parts distribution centers.

This role requires a deep understanding of warehouse operations and extensive experience with best-in-breed WMS solutions.

 

This is a hybrid position reporting to our world headquarters in Lisle, IL with at least 25% travel expectations within US, Canada, and Mexico. 

Responsibilities Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.Designs details of automated systems.May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.Lead cross functional discussions with business users, software provider and system integrator to analyz requirements, brainstorm solutions and recommend industry best practicesConfigure and test the MAWM application to enable the outbound workstream processes supporting waving, cubing, picking, packing and shipping. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 8 years of business analyst experienceAt least 1 year of lead experience

OR

Master’s degreeAt least 6 years of business analyst experienceAt least 1 year of lead experience

OR

At least 10 years of business analyst experienceAt least 1 year of lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
