In this role, you will:

Focus on intentional MM customer selection to grow the businessEmploy customer contact strategies focused on generating complete C&I relationships (if in a specialty banking group other areas of focus may apply)Engage in proactive customer contact activities aligned with MMB Standards of CareAcquire, deepen, and retain customer relationships through a disciplined approach to customer outreachBuild complete, cross product relationships with core C&I customersDevelop complete customer relationships where Wells Fargo is the primary/sole bankAdd value to customer relationships by delivering proactive strategic guidance, insights and thought leadershipFully leverage CRM to manage customer and prospect relationshipsCreate and maintain complete relationship records for customersRecord calling and customer engagement activity timely and accuratelyMaintain a disciplined approach to pipeline managementEngage and consult with partner groups to recommend best fit solutionsBuild strong, collaborative internal partnerships


Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Commercial account relationship management experienceEstablished network in local and surrounding areasExisting local in-market network to fuel business developmentComprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products: deposits, commercial credit, and treasuryCredit acumen demonstrated through educationExperience with moderately complex credit and debt structureComprehensive experience in negotiating interest rates, price, terms, and collateral requirementsSales pipeline management experienceComprehensive knowledge and understanding of Risk ManagementExperience consistently delivering strong sales performanceExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsEffective time management and organization skillsSelf-starter who takes initiative and works independently with minimal supervisionAbility to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal partnersBachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
