Job Description
The AbbVie Cybersecurity Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Senior will be responsible for continued build-out and execution of the program in alignment to strategic and tactical transformation plans. The Senior Lead will report into the Transformation and Support Services pillar of the Cybersecurity TPRM organization within Business Technology Solutions (BTS). Exceptional organizational, self-motivation, ability to work independently, proven process management, and very strong inter-team communication skills will be critical to succeed in this role. Ability to identify, clearly articulate, and solve complex challenges is a must.
This position can be located virtually anywhere in the U.S.
Responsibilities
Define, prioritize, coordinate, and execute activities related to Cybersecurity Third Party Risk Management lifecycle across the enterpriseKeep Cybersecurity Third Party Risk Management Program processes up to date; create additional processes when required in alignment to the strategic program methodologyMobilize and coordinate Internal and External Key Stakeholders team members to perform Cybersecurity Third Party Risk Management lifecycle performance and risk workflow activityExecute Third Party Evaluation, Risk Identification, Continuous Monitoring, Risk Remediation, and Rapid Response strategy plans aligned to KPI/KRI/KCI thresholdsResponsible for prioritization of Cybersecurity Third Party Risk Management governance and VIP support for Business Information Security Officers (BISOs) and Executives to increase the enterprise Third Party Risk security postureSchedule program committee meeting activities and work with multiple cross-functional areas within AbbVie for Cybersecurity Third Party Risk Management program technology platform release plansBuild and manage a Communication and Change Management control for tactical and strategic enhancement initiatives to drive open dialogue, engagement, and continuous improvements Work with Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) and AbbVie to develop and maintain cohesive methodology for Cybersecurity Third Party Risk ManagementAct as primary point of contact and author internal and external narratives and program communicationDevelop and harmonize alternative evaluation and risk artifacts into the strategy and program; examples include SOC Reports, Security Certifications, Accessible Questionnaires, and Threat IntelligenceQualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 7 years experience; Master's Degree with 6 years experience; PhD with 2 years experienceInformation Security Third Party Risk Management ExperienceExperience leading complex process initiatives involving multiple global teamsExperience creating leadership and team level reporting based on complex data setsAbility to think and act both strategically and tacticallyExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely present both non-technical and complex technical information to a variety of audiences, including leadership and stakeholdersThe ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritizeProven ability to make sound business judgment, influence without authority, and strong analytical thinking skills

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
