About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to serve a Product Owner for the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Authentication & Authorization Product Area within the WIM Core Engineering Product. That area is presently composed of 4 agile delivery teams working across 10 distinct IT applications. In this role, you will:
Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Serve as Application Business Owner for the portfolio of IT assets aligned with the area.
Serve to develop and maintain 6Q roadmap, inclusive of key business outcomes and technology milestones.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years technical design and delivery for multiple teams.
3+ years of experience in strategic planning and execution.
2+ years of experience with scaled agile delivery
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of and experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically Wealth and Investment Management
Experience with delivery of and strong technical understanding of APIs and software version management
Strong customer engagement
Knowledge of the control landscape and the obligations associated with enterprise change management and compliance
Background in partnering with engineering leaders and delivery team members through all stages of the product lifecycle
Ability to demonstrate and articulate progress to plan for current and future increments
Experience using JIRA including quality requirements authoring
Experience working at Large Firm as Consultant a plus.
Experience working with Offshore Teams a plus.
