As an HR Business Partner supporting our global technology organization, you’ll play an integral role in influencing and advancing our People strategy in support of the organization’s strategic business objectives. In partnership with our technology business leaders and HR team, you will consult and influence in the design and drive the delivery of HR solutions across a broad spectrum of topics including Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Performance and Change Management, Total Rewards, and Talent Development.
You will provide thought leadership, guidance and business insights to support your business partners in making informed talent decisions and equip our teams with tools they’ll need to foster agility and innovation. Every day you’ll contribute to our long-term people strategy by partnering with the HR team and Technology senior business leaders to elevate the associate experience, develop talent of the future and strengthen our organizational excellence. Working across your designated business group, you’ll manage large scale rollouts and projects that have direct impact on the people component of our business strategy. Your ability to build strong relationships allows you to achieve results through others, bringing together networks of capabilities. To thrive in this role, you’ve been responsible for supporting large client groups as the primary HR Business Partner, you have led strategic projects, and you enjoy working in complex, high-growth environments. You’ve worked on and/or supported high-performing teams, preferably within the technology function or industry, and have the confidence and courage to develop innovative solutions that challenge the status quo.

You have a minimum of 7 years HRBP experience in highly matrixed organizations and with a focus on partnering with technical teams such as Engineering or Product Development. You’re passionate about coaching, supporting and developing talent and have partnered with business leaders in developing high performing teams, building talent pipelines, and driving associate engagement.You have a strong track record of influencing and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive superior business outcomes. You enjoy working with data and know how to conduct HR trend analysis with large data sets across unique company and team cultures to identify opportunities. You interpret data and turn this information into actionable insights and recommend solutions.You enjoy working in fast-paced environments where critical thinking and proactive teamwork is essential for success.You’ve built a career on being a motivated achiever that brings positive energy to your interpersonal and business interactions.By asking great questions and bouncing ideas off others, you proactively share your perspective. You’re a skilled communicator and thrive in team settings by being authentic, respectful and engaging.You take a collaborative, considerate and thoughtful approach to strategic HR projects remembering behind every program are people who love their work.You connect the dots in complex and often ambiguous situations, deriving insights that are critical to advancing organizational goals.You have a bachelor's degree; master's degree and/or HR certifications preferred.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $116,974-$187,158
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
