Join the innovation engine of ADP Ventures
As a Senior Lead Product Manager, you'll be a driving force behind our next-generation products, working closely with engineering and user experience teams to bring innovative solutions to market. Our team operates like a startup, valuing ownership, agility, transparency, and collaboration.
Own the vision, drive the outcome
In this role, you'll craft product strategies that anticipate market trends and customer needs while ensuring our solutions are scalable, secure, and easy to use. You will partner with companies in the Ventures investment portfolio, and work across the ADP ecosystem to integrate and expand their functionality.
Thrive in a dynamic environment
You'll need to be adaptable, creative, resilient, and passionate about staying ahead of the curve. This is a partnership as well as a product role, so your ability to manage stakeholders and translate requirements from one group to another is crucial. You’ll be the driving force behind scrum teams internally, and will use your deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product delivery cycles to prioritize and communicate product roadmaps across diverse audiences.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent. 8-10 years of proven, progressive experience as a product manager and a track record for delivering successful products. Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives. Skills in breaking down complex subject matters for non-technical audiences, clearly explaining ideas, creating compelling arguments, and delivering visual and verbal information for maximum impact. Experience working with emerging technologies, balancing experimentation and execution; leveraging data to drive decision making. The ability to inspire teams with a clear vision and execution plan for complex initiatives while encouraging innovation and exploring new ways of doing things. Subject matter experience working in HCM/HR Tech is a definite plus.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $86,900.00 - $233,010.00 / Year
