Senior Lead Reliability Engineer
Position Overview International is seeking a Senior Lead Reliability Engineer to assess the risks and reliability associated with assets in the Springfield Assembly Plant. Responsibilities Oversees conducting failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) of production equipment. Oversees performing predictive analysis of production equipment. Conducts root cause analysis to diagnose equipment failures to ensure they don’t occur again. Develops proactive maintenance procedures to ensure production line efficiency and sustain asset uptime. Review installation of newly installed equipment and assess the reliability of newly installed assets. Create and monitor life cycle asset management plans. Assists in the design and development planning for custom assets. Provide technical support to the maintenance team to assist in correcting equipment issues. Monitor overall equipment effectiveness to support manufacturing productivity. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology At least 5 years of Engineering and Reliability or Quality Assurance experience OR Master’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology At least 3 years of Engineering and Reliability or Quality Assurance experience OR At least 7 years of Engineering and Reliability or Quality Assurance experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
