Summary: The Senior Lead SAP Sales and Distribution role is responsible for leading the solution design and managing the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA with a primary focus on the order-to-cash process area. Reporting to the senior manager and as a key member of the SAP Center of Excellence solutions capability team, this position will collaborate with key business stakeholders globally and IT staff on the planning and execution of processes within the order to cash area including order management, ATP (including Supply Protection, Product Allocation and BOP), pricing and variant configuration and integration within and outside of core SAP ERP. This role will be a hands-on solution expert in design, configuration (experience in SAP S/4 HANA Advanced Variant Config and associated SAP pricing areas would be a bonus), and testing who is able to lead solution discussions to drive a best-in- class systems capability within the space.

Responsibilities:

As a member of the Acushnet SAP COE, will own the solution and act as the primary point of contact to collaborate with internal and external resources on a global greenfield implementation to identify best practices, and design and build our global core enterprise solution within the sales and distribution space. Analyze business process gaps, develop test plans, and translate requirements into specs.  Work with technical team members to develop the solution and execute testing as part of the solution rollout. Support operations including end user assistance, system troubleshooting, and configuration of the core modules including SAP aATP, advanced variant configuration and associated pricing and manufacturing modules as needed. Drive changes and enhancements through the change management process.  This would include solution ownership, communication with stakeholders, users, and developers, functional unit tests, user acceptance tests, cutover tasks, and ongoing support. Manage end user support needs by coordinating training where required and initiating system projects where changes in SAP configuration or programming are required.  Coordinate with SAP training staff to deliver professional and succinct training materials for SAP functionality. Direct master data uploads and other annual system activities that are required for business continuity.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field (MIS, IT)required.  SAP Certification in S/4 HANA Sales or SAP Advanced Variant Configuration, or associated areas a plus. 10+ years of hands-on SAP ERP platform configuration and preferably 3-4 years of brownfield/greenfield deployment experience in SAP S/4 Sales processes * Proficiency in configuring Configurable Characteristics, Classes, Dependencies, Super BOM & Routing, Configuration Profiles, and Pricing would be a great add. Experience in Make-to-Order (MTO) scenarios and their integration with Manufacturing, Sales, Costing, and Finance modules. Experience in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Change Management leading cross-functional initiatives. Technical and operational knowledge and integration experience with other SAP functional areas - MM, PP, FI, and Logistics.  Deep experience and expertise translating business requirements and processes into low friction automation and high impact systems. Able to demonstrate experience preferably within a Wholesale and/or CPG environment, or experience working on SAP IS Retail/Fashion solution. Willingness to travel, as needed.  Hybrid role, onsite 3 days a week. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.  Demonstrable success implementing and supporting solution rollout within the area of expertise. Ability to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledge. Passion for process documentation including diagrams, standards, and project papers.  Critical/logical thinking to locate problems and assess from a variety of perspectives to solve.
