This pivotal role ensures the safe, efficient, and cost-effective management of a diverse fleet of offshore vessels while upholding the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical performance and maintenance of the fleet, driving operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements. Manage budgets, planned maintenance systems, and procurement processes to optimize vessel operations. Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: Demonstrable leadership in offshore support vessel operations, with strong expertise in technical ship management. Qualifications: Chief Engineer Unlimited CoC or equivalent preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient in electronic Planned Maintenance Systems and purchasing systems. Personal Attributes: An analytical thinker, skilled problem-solver, and a capable leader who thrives in high-pressure situations. Working Conditions:
