Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Learner Experience Designer to join the Global Learning and Development organization of a large pharmaceutical company. This individual will be joining to support an initiative tied to technology site training resources which includes learning and development content related to technologies and systems utilized at various manufacturing sites. The Sr Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for leading content creation initiatives, platform lifecycle management, as well as serving as the subject matter expert of learning technology and design. They will collaborate heavily with the Learning Experience and Operations team to leverage technology and platforms to enhance the learning experience, optimize resource, and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong Instructional Design and Learner Experience background for SAP and manufacturing platforms along with strong technical writing skills.
