5+ years in an L&D leadership role
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, and/or related business experience; 3+ years relevant experience in Human Resources
3+ years leading a team
Experience implementing and managing a Learning Management System (Workday preferred)
Demonstrated knowledge of employee learning and learning technologies.
Able to design, produce and deliver relevant training materials including e-learning courses
Familiarity with e-learning platforms
Able to solve problems quickly and resolve issues
Ability to communicate effectively and engage with employees at all levels of an organization
Possess analytical ability and skill to share the data in an actionable manner.
Computer savvy
Ability to effectively present information to employees, business partners and executive leadership teams.
Responsibilities
Leading a team that will develop and implement a learning strategy and program aligned with the organization’s objectives
Fully understand the business needs and their specific training requirements. Includes applicable state compliance training requirements
Collaborate effectively with other relevant stakeholders both inside and outside of the organization including Global partners
Partner with stakeholders/vendors to conduct an organizational needs analysis.
Identify, assess, and prioritize the organization’s leadership and cultural needs.
Analyze the capability gaps and requirements,
Identify solutions that align with and support the Lineage Leadership Competency framework
Develop and deliver learning solutions to meet organizational requirements, conduct train the trainer (T3) sessions where required
Maintain an awareness of current and future industry trends and best practice in learning and development and use this information to guide initiatives
Build and maintain alliances and relations with contractors/consultants, industry partners, peers, and statutory authorities to provide leverage for the business
Manage the implementation and development of the Workday Learning Management System
Providing cultural oversight to ensure all learning is culturally relevant, respectful, and effective
