The Learning Experience Specialist - Installation and Service Instructor is a key role that provides best-in-class training covering the installation and servicing of Marvin products. Responsibilities cover facilitation of training for customers, leaders and fellow Marvin employees including delivering live hands-on experiences, virtual/remote training and assisting in the creation of training videos and other assets. These trainings may be delivered at Marvin locations or on-site based on customer requests. This position will work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment on cross functional projects that drive measurable and sustained business results.
Highlights of your roleIn this role, you will act as a facilitator and brand ambassador for Marvin Installation and Service training programs. This includes:
Training Delivery:
Deliver learning solutions across various topics and subject matter areas pertaining to construction, installation, and product service that meet Marvin’s high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Establish credibility with the audience by knowing the content area, providing real-world examples, and linking the material to the audience’s job experiences and challenges. Being friendly, engaging, and able to communicate with each training audience effectively while blending classroom with unique hands-on experiences. Present information in a clear, logical, and organized way; know which areas to emphasize to increase learning effectiveness. Actively seek evidence of audience engagement and comprehension, tailoring the training to meet differing needs, interests, and experience levels among participants. Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of training resources (including windows, doors, wall bucks, equipment, and training spaces). Coordinate in-person training events in partnership with the coordination resources on the LX team.Create and maintain training documentation as required when new topics or changes arise.
