The Senior Learning Program Manager will be responsible for launching, executing, and commercializing global enterprise and functional capabilities development programs (change management, digital, and franchise learning programs plus enterprise skills strategy and capability network activities). This includes marketing, as well as short- and long-term forecasting needs, and maintaining engagement. They will indirectly manage flexible cross-functional project teams to operationalize these programs. Furthermore, this individual will be expected to collaborate closely with subject matter experts, program owners, and logistics and delivery teams in order to execute both short-term and long-term initiatives. Their goal will be to optimize the learning experience, drive utilization, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key tasks include assisting in learning program ideation and creation, and then leading the change management, launch, maintenance, and sunset phases of the program life cycle. Specifically, this position will define and execute change management strategies and/or communication campaigns, organize cross-functional teams using best practices for program management, and use data to measure program impact. The position involves managing delivery and operational budgets and addressing any program concerns. It also requires suggesting improvements to managed programs based on feedback.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

Provide program management and oversight to the owners of the capabilities’ programs throughout the program lifecycle, from concept development to execution and evaluation.Drive program launch strategies such as change management, communications, marketing, and stakeholder management.Act as the main point of contact with the Global Enterprise and Functional Capabilities Center of Excellence (COE) for change management, digital, and franchise learning programs. Serve as the main conduit between the Global Enterprise and Functional Capabilities COE and the People Services teams of project management, logistics, operations, and trainer delivery.Monitor the performance of capabilities development programs and facilitate feedback processes to implement improvements and maximize their effectiveness.Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including program participants, COE program owners, and subject matter experts, to ensure continual program improvement and relevance.Collaborate with program owners to define learning objectives, identify performance gaps, and ensure alignment with business goals.Establish and manage the delivery and operational budgets for learning programs, seeking cost-effective solutions and maximizing the return on investment.Engage logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of learning materials, transportation, and resources.Conduct change impact assessments as needed. Define and execute mitigation strategies.Develop and execute comprehensive communications plans, including defining a roadmap, creating multi-media collateral, and driving all review cycles and processes as needed.Perform project management duties for mid-sized to small projects.This position reports to the People Services Global Director of Learning Enablement. This role is one of three Learning Program Managers and is focused on the global enterprise and functional capabilities curricula and skills strategy.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

Related Work Experience:

Minimum of 6-8 years' experience in program and project management, with a focus on learning and development and learning product lifecyclesDeep experience in launching learning programs.Proven track record of managing learning programs,Proven track record of developing and executing complex change management programs, including creation of communications collateral.Detail-oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Proficiencies in budget management and experience in collaborating with logistics teams.Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

Pay Range:

$150,800 - $172,900

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
