Senior Learning Program Manager - Sales & Service - Hybrid - Plymouth, MN

The Sr. Learning Program Manager is responsible for end-to-end learning program management in a variety of modalities. Under limited supervision, you will work closely with Leaders, SMEs, Training/LMS Admin, HR, and the Daikin Corporate Learning leader to deliver excellence to our customers. Strong knowledge of leveraging technology for learning is key. You will lead projects and will be expected to coordinate with both internal and external resources. The content offered through this Daikin Learning team includes: onboarding, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, HR Technology, performance management, employee engagement, product sales, service (HVAC technicians), and requires someone skilled in facilitating professional development in these areas. What you will do:

Partner with instructors, leaders, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver learning experiences that drive business results Create innovative and collaborative learning environments that engage the participant, manager, SME, and stakeholders Manage multiple learning events and modalities simultaneously: ILT, VILT, blended, learning pathways and curation Responsible for end-to-end program management, working with training admin to ensure all administrative details are managed, including tracking, materials, communications, and if applicable, budgeting Responsible for measurement & assessment of learning effectiveness Evaluate metrics to provide insights and recommendations to optimize solutions Responsible for the management of multiple simultaneous projects directing the work of internal and external resources Leverage standard learning project management practices and tools including charter, scope, schedule, risk, and dashboard Accountable for projects to be delivered on-time, within scope and budget Partner with leaders, sponsors, and subject matter experts to identify learning opportunities that drive business results Produce needs analysis, design documents, high impact learning maps, and learner personas that deliver innovative, performance-based learning outcomes Identify opportunities to leverage learning and collaborative technologies to enhance the learner experience Facilitate learning sessions to all levels of the organization Confidently and clearly present learning content on a variety of topics for in-person and virtual environments Engage participants through interactive learning techniques Manage group dynamics and demonstrate active listening skills

Minimum Qualifications: 

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position 5+ Years of Learning Program Management and Facilitation experience 3 yrs. project management experience Ability to travel up to 15%
