Senior Learning Specialist (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Content Production Lead with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Learning Platform Configuration and Administration. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage content production processes efficiently and effectively. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Location: Dearborn, MI (Hybrid)

Roles and Responsibilities:
Build centralized resources to streamline training processes. Help analyze user engagement metrics and provide insights on how to improve course offerings based on audit findings. Responsible to prepare for audits by ensuring that all necessary documentation and course materials are readily available Create training / design document and storyboards Coordinate with the designers to create Storyboards and visualize flow of the materials Guide the graphic designers in designing the training components Convert storyboard into a visually engaging learning modules using content authoring and video editing tools Develop the different format of materials as per training strategy Incorporate the relevant functionalities in the training materials to ensure all functionalities are working as per requirementsQualifications:
Content design and development Content design strategies and approach (industry standards - ADDIE) Creative thinking to develop content visualization for engaging learning experience Expert in content development tools such as Articulate, Storyline, etc. Knowledge in LMS to perform content administration, management, and deploymentTravel: 0-5%
