Job Description

The job responsibilities primarily include:

Responsibility for leasing of vacant retail units in both existing and planned retail schemesCreation and realization of leasing strategy for retail mandatesRelationship building with existing tenants in order to find opportunities and help them expand on the Slovak marketNegotiation of new leases and renegotiation of leases with tenantsCooperation with leasing team in Czech Republic and CEE with strong relationship with existing tenantsCooperation with other departments within the Slovak branchMarket monitoring and contribution to retail advisory servicesIdentification of opportunities on the leasing marketMaintain effective communication with clients, ensuring clarity and professionalismParticipate in market events, contributing to the promotion of the Cushman & Wakefield brand within Slovakia.

Requirements for the role:

Strong communication and negotiating skillsKnowledge of the local retail market and its dynamicsCommercial experience with retail leasing of at least 2 yearsWillingness to grow and learn new thingsPro-active approach and capacity to motivate self and othersIndependence and responsibility with proactive approachFluent English speaker Driving license B
