Position Summary:
The Senior-Level Finance Professional is primarily responsible for overseeing companywide KPI analysis, driving efficiency initiatives, and supporting executive management through strategic financial insights. This role will play a crucial part in aligning financial performance with corporate goals, facilitating budget planning, and guiding capital investments.
Responsibilities: include but are not limited to -
Monitor and analyze KPIs across all departments to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Lead regular budget and performance meetings with department heads, tracking financial progress and recommending adjustments.Develop detailed financial models to support decision-making for capital investments, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives.Prepare presentations for executive management, investors, and banking partners, providing insight into company performance, forecasts, and financial strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track efficiency and develop actionable improvement plans.Act as a strategic advisor to the Board, presenting analyses and recommendations on financial matters.Support customer quoting processes and evaluate profitability of major projects.Stay updated on industry trends and implement visionary financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives.Prepare annual financial budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.Develop and implement systems to monitor financial performance metrics, reporting on variances, and providing actionable insights for corrective actions.Other responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management. RequirementsEducation and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience in finance or investment banking, with a strong track record in financial analysis, strategic planning, and executive communication.Experience presenting complex financial information to senior leadership.Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Proficiency in financial modeling, KPI analysis, and capital investment evaluation.Advanced knowledge of mathematics and statistics. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.Demonstrate excellence in attention to detail.Ability to identify process improvements and lead initiatives to optimize financial performance and efficiency.Proficient in MS Office programs; advanced Excel knowledge.Physical Demands:
Required to use hands to operate computer controls.May be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, bend, sit, talk, hear, or walk for long periods. The employee may lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.Specific vision abilities required include close vision, ability to focus. Required to use hands to operate computer controls.Working Conditions:
Required to be present in the office to provide immediate supervision to direct reports, and collaborate with directors, peers, and other departments daily.Employee travel/work hours/schedule and/or shift are subject to change based on business needs and Management discretion. Regular, ongoing travel throughout geographic areas on a continual basis as normal scope of role.Supervisory Responsibilities:
May be responsible for managing finance employees.Personal Protective Equipment or Attire Required for Position:
As needed.Pay Range:
$150,000 - $200,000 per year
