This role will play a crucial part in aligning financial performance with corporate goals, facilitating budget planning, and guiding capital investments. Responsibilities:include but are not limited to - + Monitor and analyze KPIs across all departments to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. + Lead regular budget and performance meetings with department heads, tracking financial progress and recommending adjustments. + Develop detailed financial models to support decision-making for capital investments, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives. + Prepare presentations for executive management, investors, and banking partners, providing insight into company performance, forecasts, and financial strategies. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track efficiency and develop actionable improvement plans. + Act as a strategic advisor to the Board, presenting analyses and recommendations on financial matters. + Support customer quoting processes and evaluate profitability of major projects. + Stay updated on industry trends and implement visionary financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives. + Prepare annual financial budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. + Develop and implement systems to monitor financial performance metrics, reporting on variances, and providing actionable insights for corrective actions. + Other responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management. Requirements Education and Experience: + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. + 7+ years of experience in finance or investment banking, with a strong track record in financial analysis, strategic planning, and executive communication. + Experience presenting complex financial information to senior leadership. Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: + Proficiency in financial modeling, KPI analysis, and capital investment evaluation. + Advanced knowledge of mathematics and statistics. + Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. + Demonstrate excellence in attention to detail. + Ability to identify process improvements and lead initiatives to optimize financial performance and efficiency. + Proficient in MS Office programs; advanced Excel knowledge.
