Planned Systems International, LLC (PSI) is seeking a Senior Linux/Unix Administrator under the Solution Delivery Division (SDD) Code Maintenance (Code Mx) and Data Processing Operations consolidated contract. The Code Mx Health Systems Services (HSS) Support team provides augmented support of information technology and security capabilities for the delivery of health care to service members from battlefield to the Homefront by supporting engineering, security and project management teams. Code MX HSS Support participates in the documentation and design of information architecture. The team conducts reviews and remediation of hardware and software implementations owned by HSS and advances operational support for gaps in security, engineering and administration of projects under the guidelines and direction of the CTO for SDD Technical Service Branch (TSB).
Subject matter expert (SME) advice and recommendations for technology, authorization to operate (ATO), security posture, and solution readiness are offered as requested and required by the CTO of SDD. The tracking of technical and security issues for HSS products is regularly reported by CodeMX-HSS Support team to the SDD Office of the CTO for DODCR, pQNS, ASIMS, VSIMS, VSSM, NMO, WMSNi, ECVC, S3, BUMIS, ZTA, EBMSD, EBMST and DGICS, along with additional products to be added in the future.
Active T3 investigation, with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required for access to classified information.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities Must have a minimum of 5 years Linux Systems Administration experience.5+ years experience working with various Linux distributions (Red Hat/CentOS preferred).Maintain/Patch/Upgrade, build, deploy/migrate, configure and test physical or virtual Linux and Windows Servers hosted at various locations per DoD requirements.Maintain/deploy, test and configure various software applications hosted at various government Labs, Test or Productions environment.Deployment of cyber tools such as Topaz, Splunk, Infomatica, Fortify, Web Inspect, and App Detective.Manage System Access request, Draft system installation and configurations guides, update PPSM (Ports, Protocols and Services) documentation, Manage server STIGS.Securing security posture of Linux/RedHat OSMicrosoft Visio experience in diagram design.Ability to manage multiple complex and time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
