Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join a reputable Law Firm located in the Chicago Loop! This is a full time, permanent position, with WFH Flexibility, full benefits, and competitive compensation!

Requirements:

10+ years of litigation paralegal experienceBachelor's Degree and/or ABA-accredited paralegal studies certificateAdvanced eDiscovery proficiency (DISCO or Relativity)Familiarity with circuit and federal court proceduresStrong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)Excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities:

Manage complex litigation caseloadPrepare legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responsesCoordinate large document productions and trial preparationStay updated on court procedures, rules, and e-discovery advancementsDelegate and manage paralegal team workloadCollaborate with practice group chairs to establish workflows
