Job Summary- Make the impossible feel possible

As a Senior Living Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting seniors and their families in identifying appropriate housing and care options. This role involves working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and assisted living communities to provide expert recommendations based on the client's unique needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesConsult with families to assess care needs, budget, and personal preferences.Educate clients about local senior living options and the transition process.Build relationships with assisted living and memory care communities to stay informed on availability, pricing, and services.Coordinate tours and accompany families to senior living communities when needed.Provide ongoing support to families throughout the transition.Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, social workers, and other professionals.Track client progress and update records in CRM software.Qualifications & ExperiencePassion for working with seniors and their families.Experience in senior care, healthcare, sales, or a related field preferred.Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.Local travel required to meet with clients and tour communities.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + commission structure.Meaningful, purpose-driven work helping families navigate senior care.Flexibility and independence in managing your schedule.Training and ongoing professional development.Strong support system from a collaborative team.Join Our Team!
