Senior Living Sales Associate
Overview The Peninsula Regent is seeking a full-time on-site Senior Living Sales Associate. In this role, you will provide personalized attention to each prospective resident, ensuring that each resident and their family member's needs are met through the entire sales process. You will report to the Director of Membership Services/Broker and work alongside a team of Sales Associates to meet sales goals while providing an exceptional customer experience. About You Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably within the Senior Living industry or related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with prospects, residents, families and co-workers; friendly, outgoing, self-starting, energetic, with a strong desire to provide superior customer service to seniors Excellent organization and time management skills Valid CA Real Estate License Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, marketing or related field is preferred. Ability to continuously balance competing priorities while providing sales support to key stakeholders. Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft office programs, customer relationship management software and social media platforms. Sell using a relationship-based sales process: conducting discovery and listening to qualified prospective residents’ needs, wants and concerns; personalizing sales approach to each individual prospective resident according to their unique personality and buying style. Contribute to community census by qualifying leads, managing a pipeline of prospects, conducting sales activities, recording notes in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, receiving deposits and moving in new residents. Manage self-driven daily activity by scheduling and completing sales activities and accurately recording their completion utilizing the community’s CRM software. Demonstrate tangible results of sales activities. Maintain awareness of competition and other market factors that influence prospective residents’ decision-making; display practical application of competitive and market information in daily sales efforts. Document and communicate feedback from prospective residents, both positive and constructive, in a way that enables and enhances future decision making. Collaborate with team members on the Sales and Marketing Team and the greater interdepartmental teams; participate in one-on-one sales meetings. Participate in one-on-one coaching, ongoing training and skills development and remain an active participant in ongoing professional development. Recognize areas of product improvement according to customer feedback and industry trends and suggest product improvements. Produce routine reporting that empowers sales activities and provides valuable information about customer preferences and objections. Ensure accurate and complete documentation throughout the sales and transaction process. Perform other duties as assigned.
