We are seeking for a Sr. Benefits and Leave of Absence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative, self-driven, excels in collaboration and able to work independently. The position requires someone who is highly organized with excellent communication skills, shows initiative, and the ability to set priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal directions. To be successful in this role, you will need to make timely decisions, have strong planning and organizational skills, and have experience working with both internal and external partners. You will build effective working relationships with others in HR and employees of all levels within the organization. Your ability to work across different external and internal organizations is essential.
What to Expect:
Administers US absence management programs
Ensures compliance with all leave of absence and related US laws (including but not limited to FMLA, Statutory Leave Laws, Company Leave Policies, ADA, USERRA, HIPAA and DOL) Oversees the creation and/or modification of LOA policies and practices to ensure alignment with applicable requirements Ensures alignment with partners across the organization including Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, Payroll and Total Rewards as well as outside benefits/leave vendors Primary absence partner and subject matter expert for US LOA inquiries • Hands-on responsibility of day-to-day administration of all employee leave of absence programs Partners with HRBPs and Legal to ensure ADA practices are being adhered to as it pertains to LOAsBenefits Administration for US programs
Participates in the development of strategic benefit program initiatives Responsible for various benefit vendor partners including their respective contracts, communication initiatives and program design Supports open enrollment planning and execution; project leads implementations and changes as assigned or provides project support, as applicable Maintain working knowledge of all benefit program offerings Shares in monitoring the Benefit email box, respondWhat we Expect:
Expert level knowledge of leave requirements and regulations in the US including but not limited to FMLA, Statutory Leave Laws, ADA, USERRA, HIPAA and DOL Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and foster relationships at all levels within the organization, including management. Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and intuitive sense of business acumen • Ability to execute tasks with attention to detail, and reliability, timely. Knowledge and application of Human Resources practices, policies, and procedures Track record of collaboration across the business with stakeholders to achieve and influence a positive employee experienceEducation & Experience:
Bachelors/Associates Degree or relavant experience 5-7+ years of absence management and vendor management experienceThe annualized base salary range for this role is $81,200 to $126,900 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
