Kforce's banking client in Los Angeles, CA is seeking several Senior Loan Servicing Specialists. Summary: The Senior Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for performing duties related to commercial, SBA and consumer loans; processes consumer, commercial, SBA and real estate loan payments and advances. Other duties include new account system maintenance to include manual boarding of loans. Key Tasks: * Senior Loan Servicing Specialist ensures compliance with established Company policies and procedures * Responsible for the boarding process, resolves issues and discrepancies independently and responds to a variety of inquires or problems in a timely manner * Prepares general ledger closing entries and reconcile all departmental general ledger accounts * Responsible for all processing functions including exception processing, data input, word processing and operation of specialized software programs and spreadsheets, including new loan call back * Responsible for the integrity of data entered into the system of record within departmental guidelines to mitigate operational risk * Responds to complex written and phone inquiries from customers and internal personnel regarding loans issues and requests in addition to responding to payoff demands * As a Senior Loan Servicing Specialist, you will perform research, analysis and resolution of various accounting entries, issues and variances * Reviews line advances, rate change notices and daily reconciliation; Follows set departmental procedures to receive satisfactory audit; Include audit considerations when assisting in the development of new tasks within functional area
