**Job Overview:**
**Sr Logistics Analyst**
Work alongside leadership within Logistics to manage and maintain Inventory Dashboards for USRB (US Refreshment Bevereages) and Hot (Coffee) network. Establish standardized reporting/action plans to drive Cycle Count accuracy readings throughout the KDP network. The primary purpose of this role is to optimize networkwide Inventory Management and site performance visibility through dashboarding and data analysis. Present Logistics leading metric indicators in actionable live dashboard assisting in operational leadership decision making. Assist in determining network optimization modeling and recommendations for future Logistics network design decisions.
**This position is based in Frisco, TX and will work onsite 3 days (Tuesday - Thursday) and remote 2 days (Monday & Friday) each week**
**Position Responsibilities**
+ Perform analysis within KDP WM Lite, Full WM and EWM managed networks to determine impacts to Cycle Count accuracy for USRB network
+ Conduct transactional level analysis within SAP, DHL, and 3PL systems identifying Bin accuracy and Cost Center variance across Hot and Warm Logistics along with 3PL and green warehouses.
+ Develop and maintain Cycle Count metric reporting cadence that tracks USRB and Hot warehouses highlighting root cause problems and biggest drivers
+ Facilitate work streams with IT support team and site leads to close gaps that are observed in the Dashboards
+ Creates and presents relative period KPI metrics to senior level management
+ Reporting should illustrate and drive accountability for appropriate functional operational teams to make process improvement and create positive KPI trends
+ Work cross-functionally with compliance, warehousing teams to reduce logistics spent through identifying waste and inventory related improvement opportunities
+ Ability to interact across the supply chain as necessary including multi-site planning, manufacturing, compliance, IT, warehousing, DHL and 3PL
+ Analyzes, validates, manipulates, and interprets complex data from cross-functional partners to develop solutions and optimization opportunities
+ Leads complex initiatives that have multiple interdependencies and cross functional implications
+ Supports cross-functional planning to and gathers key data to align on solutions that meet customer and business needs

+ Requires a high degree of analytical capability with a combination of strategic and tactical skill to develop and present recommendations
+ Ability to interact across the supply chain is necessary including multi-site planning, manufacturing, compliance, IT, warehousing, and 3PL
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to teach, explain, and influence Sr. Level leaders throughout the supply chain
+ Strong organizational skills and time management
+ Ability to coordinate continuous improvement efforts and Lean principles
+ Ability to analyze data associated with processes, identify opportunity and provide formal recommendations for improvement
Success is developing processes and adhering to it that will ensure on time dashboard refreshes across the network, while identifying/eliminating process waste, and increasing data accuracy and GL Code alignments associated with cycle count movement and shrinks.
Looking to gain hands on transactional knowledge of inventory management and procedures associated.

**Requirements:**
+ Degree in Data Analytics preferred
+ Prior Inventory management and Cycle Count experience
+ Advanced PC skills include Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skill in Excel, SAP, SQL, Power BI, and/or Snowflake
+ Strong competency in building and maintaining dashboards using necessary analysis tools
+ Intermediate skills in the development of financial metrics and comparative analysis preferred
+ Technologically savvy to drive effective means of reporting critical business decisions
+ Proven broad business knowledge and organizational awareness
+ Ability to work effectively and cooperatively within teams
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
+ Ability to construct and effectively present presentations to a wide variety of audiences preferred
