Senior Logistics Analyst

Position Summary

The Senior Logistics Analyst for the Distribution Operations Support team will be responsible for a variation of the following duties; day to day management and execution all aspects related to store order processing, Distribution Center (DC) order and delivery schedules, the Centralized Warehouse (CW) program, and DC-to-DC transfers.  This role will also support DC volume relief and contingency planning activities.

Both individually and as part of a team, this position is tasked with driving process improvements and delivering exceptional customer service to all retail stores and Distribution Center locations through research, analysis, decision-making, and the resolution of order and delivery conflicts. This role involves regular collaboration with DC Operations and Transportation teams, Corporate Supply Chain teams, front store and pharmacy Store Operations as well as Field Leaders.  It ensures compliance with activities related to store order processing and service from the DCs.  Additionally, this role may include the opportunity & responsibility to support other initiatives and objectives in supply chain.



Required Qualifications

Associates degree or equivalent work experience3+ years of full-time work experience in supply chain and/or DC operations3+ years of experience meeting deliverables or executing projects in a fast-paced, professional environmentStrong personal integrity and judgment, evidenced by a track record of managing highly-sensitive or highly-visible business mattersStrong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speechStrong ability to manage multiple, competing priorities with poise and determination to drive projects through to completionStrong analytical skills, demonstrated by the ability to pull data, analyze it, and show the resultsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Windows applicationsProven track record of high performanceRegular and reliable attendance, with flexibility for occasional weekend or off-hour work based on disaster recovery events or other unplanned needsTake on any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or managerBasic understanding of data analytics using one of the following systems: SQL, Snowflake, AccessWorking knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications



Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of full-time work experience in supply chain and/or DC operationsExperience with special project execution and/or contingency planning (disaster relief, modernization projects, product flow disruptions, etc.)Ability to make sound and strategic business decisions in a fast-paced environmentWorking knowledge of data analytics using one of the following systems: SQL, Snowflake, Access

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
