CACI has an immediate opening for a Senior Logistics Analyst with experience in Afloat Disbursing Operations, Fiscal Accounting and Navy Cash Management AIS to provide oversight, guidance and technical support to COMNAVSURFLANT supply staff and afloat/ashore disbursing operations.
What You’ll Get to Do:
+ Serve as advisor and technical expert on all aspects of financial accountability and associated automated and non-automated financial reporting systems internal and external to Navy Afloat Deputy Disbursing Officers (i.e. Navy Cash, Defense Mil-Pay Operations (DMO), disbursements, collections, accounting data, deposit in transit (DIT), and Deployable Disbursing System.
+ Assist in the development of regulations, operating procedures and technical and professional guidance to afloat Disbursing Officers, deputies and Navy Cash agents that are compatible with and complimentary of the regulatory controls and procedures established by Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS).
+ Provide technical advice and training to ships on all phases of disbursing operations and military pay and allowances. Conduct site visits ashore and afloat as needed to support this support/training.
+ Assist CNSL activities as an advisor and liaison to DFAS, Treasury, PNC Bank (Navy Cash), Navy Federal Credit Union, NAVSUP and US Fleet Forces Command.
+ Subject to travel to fleet areas (Rota, Spain and Mayport, FL) to provide shipboard training.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
+ A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related business discipline. As a substitute, eight years of “hands-on” experience in a combination of Navy disbursing operations and Navy Cash program AIS is acceptable. Training related to the “degree substitute” provided at Navy schools is considered “hands on” experience.
+ In addition to any experience which is substituted for education, the Logistics Analyst must have eight years of experience in a combination of disbursing operations and/or Navy Cash AIS management.
+ Must have expert level knowledge with MS Office Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
+ Must have a current DoD SECRET Security Clearance to qualify.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
+ The ideal candidate would have experience obtained as a former U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Disbursing Cleark with tours on CVN/CG/DDG/LHA/LHD/LST/LPD class Navy ships.
+ Possess strong verbal and writing skills to effectively prepare and conduct individual and seminar training.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$56,000-$117,500
