Required Qualifications:

Completion of LPN/LVN program.Upon hire Washington Licensed Practical NurseUpon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 5 years LPN/LVN experience5 years Recent patient care experience

Preferred Qualifications:

5 years Recent experience in an acute care facility
