Join us and find out for yourself. As the Senior LVN at the Children's Heart Center, you will provide direct patient care under the Clinic Manager and Lead Physician's supervision. It is expected that you collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including faculty physicians, fellows, residents, medical students, LVNs, Medical Assistants and ancillary personnel to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care delivery. As the Senior LVN your responsibilities will encompass accurately recording vital signs, administering medications and injections, recognizing symptoms of common illnesses and acting as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers. Additionally, you'll coordinate tasks, prioritize protocols and maintain high standards of care to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
