We're currently working with a large pharmaceutical company's Data Innovation Lab to improve their internal recommendation engines so they can provide better discounts and offers to their clients. They're looking for a talented machine learning engineer with expertise developing and testing original models and working with recommendation engine algorithms.

Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in developing machine learning models, preferably in recommendation systems. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL and data visualization tools. Familiarity with collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, and hybrid recommendation techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with diverse teams. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Daily Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for recommendation systems. Analyze user data to identify patterns and trends that can inform model development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate recommendation engines into our platform. Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in machine learning and recommendation algorithms.
