Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
• Consult with clients on technology solutions powered by Mainframe applications
• Lead a team in the design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operation of Mainframe applications
• Lead the integration strategy and process modernization of legacy systems
• Brainstorm, design, and prototype solutions while recommending enhancements for Mainframe technologies
• Lead program optimization to work within constructs of environments
• Communicate with client leadership on status and milestone achievements
• Mentor and guide junior level resources on the team

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience with the FOCUS, COBOL, REXX, NATURAL and/or other Mainframe development languages, with a willingness to learn FOCUS
• Ability to interpret coding logic and successfully communicate needs to development team
• Ability to obtain necessary government clearance
• Ability to travel up to 10% overnight for client/project travel
• Expected to co-locate in your designated geo hub location up to 30% of the time based on business needs
• Must live in a commutable distance (a 100-mile radius) to one of the following delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ - Lake Mary, FL - Atlanta, GA - Charlotte, NC - Mechanicsburg, PA - Philadelphia PA - Houston, TX - Dallas, TX – with the ability to commute to the assigned location without the need for overnight accommodations
