Summary :
1. Responsible for developing the plant maintenance schedule. The maintenance schedule will contain all planned work that is scheduled for the coming week/month. Understand the requirement from different areas and doing a smart pre-prioritization to be then agreed by all management.
2. Supporting plant lubricants management and oil analysis program. Develop and maintain the standard of lubricants management and oil analysis program to comply with Bunge standard and QFS requirement.
3. Maintain and improve system documentation procedure, work instruction and scope of work, to ensure compliance with the ARROP, ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety standard.
Details :
1. Responsible for developing the plant maintenance schedule. The maintenance schedule will contain all planned work that is scheduled for the coming week/month. Understand the requirement from different areas and doing a smart pre-prioritization to be then agreed by all management.
2. Organize and lead the weekly maintenance schedule meeting. Update next week's maintenance schedule and last week schedule compliance.
3. Organize and coordinate plant shutdown meeting, schedule maintenance activities for each shutdown and update the work status regularly along the shutdown.
4. Manage backlog maintenance works, coordiante with maintenance and production team to re-schedule the backlog.
5. Coordinate with maintenance managers/supervisor to set the daily maintenance work schedule. Update the status and re-adjust schedule when necessary, i.e. emergency work.
6. Works with the Production & Maintenance Managers/engineers setting the Planned Downtimes for the best opportunity.
7. Communicate with the Planner to understand what work must be planned first and what WO's package must be ready (i.e. for next shutdown).
8. Prepare KPI metrics reports by consolidating all the required data. Example of reports - weekly schedule compliance report, daily work completion, shutdown scheduled work compliance, ready backlog and UDT report. Seeking improvement opportunity.
9. Actively involved in Asset Care Pillar assessment. Execute improvement plan to achieve the objectives and targets within the given timeline.
10. Conduct or participate in root cause analysis discussion.
11. Ensures technician capabilities can support executing the necessary tasks related to reliability-based maintenance strategies. Reduces rework and self-induced failure. Provide coaching and training when necessary.
12. Involve in preventive and predictive maintenance works when necessary. Priority on lubricants management and oil analysis program.
13. Implementation of personal development plan.
