ManTech is seeking a skilled, professional, and service-oriented **Senior** **Maintenance Supervisor** to join our vehicle sustainment team. The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Performs all functional duties independently in support of ALECS maintenance operations. + Oversees the efforts of less senior staff and/or responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific task assignment. + Plans, directs, or coordinates the engineering and maintenance operations of the contract. + Formulates policies, manages daily maintenance and supply operations. + Plans the use of materials and human resources. + Works with functional area leads on the management or administration of personnel. + Performs other related duties as assigned. **Required Qualifications** : + Selected candidates must be a US Citizen. + 10+ years of qualified experience and a MA/MS degree in a related field. + (OR) 18+ years of qualified experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. + (OR) 22+ years of qualified experience. + Experience managing multiple and diverse maintenance sites. + Must have more than 8 years of Special Operations Forces (SOF) experience + Qualified experience: maintenance, repair and technical experience and background in industrial manufacturing, commercial maintenance or military operations or maintenance. + Mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills to diagnose, align, and repair failed and damaged systems. + Proven communicator in verbal and written disciplines. + Ability to provide formal, over-the-shoulder, and on-the-spot training to contractor and unit personnel. + Experience with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. + Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening. + Must have a High School Diploma or GED. **Clearance Requirements:** + Must have an active Secret clearance. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Prior training or maintenance experience on MRAP FOV systems preferred. + Prior training or experience on Ground Mobility Vehicle 1.1 (GMV 1.1) + Prior training or experience Non – Standard Commercial Vehicles (NSCV) i.e. Toyota, Polaris. + Prior training on the CROWS Weapon Station. + Previous LogMastre Experience **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel. + Must be able to push, pull, and reach. + Must be able to work in high noise areas. + Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts. + Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
