Perform predictive and preventative maintenance provided by management. Machine repair, including electrical and robotic equipment. Support Kaizen and other related activities. PLC troubleshooting and programming. Run and teach robots and robotic equipment. **Responsibilities** + Support maintenance activities on all production equipment, facilities, and utility systems. + Perform predictive and preventative maintenance as directed by management. + Repair machines, including electrical and robotic equipment. + Support Kaizen and related continuous improvement activities. + Troubleshoot and program PLCs. + Run and teach robots and robotic equipment. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience requiring both mechanical and electrical tasks. + Minimum of 2 years of experience with PLC troubleshooting. + Minimum of 2 years of experience running and teaching robotics. + Proficient with PLC programming, electrical troubleshooting, and maintenance. + Experience with mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics. + Intermediate to advanced electrical training certifications. + Experience with 480V and a range of electrical voltages. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Associates Degree in a related field is highly preferred. + Programming of A/B processors is a significant plus. **Work Environment** The work environment is structured, organized, and clean. Employees must be open to working overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
