The Lead Maintenance Technician oversees and performs complex maintenance and repair tasks for machinery, equipment, and facilities. This role involves diagnosing issues, conducting preventative maintenance, managing maintenance projects, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position is available on a flexible 1st/2nd shift.

Proficiency in troubleshooting pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC systems.Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and other technical documents.Experience with mechanical and electrical repair.High attention to detail, adaptability, and prioritization of tasks.Why Work Here?
