The Senior Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems while leading a team of maintenance technicians. This role requires expertise in control systems programming and implementation. ...
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with other departments to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks
Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and best practices
Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and order materials as needed
Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly
Design and develop control systems for machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems
Lead control system projects from concept to completion
Develop and maintain documentation for control systems
Coordinate with personnel on new model projects, retrofit projects, and redesigns

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
Technical or vocational training
Machine building experience
Machining experience
Experience designing and developing control systems for new and existing machinery
Project management experience
Experience conducting system testing and validation

Education:
High School

Experience:
7-10 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
Proficiency in electrical systems and codes
Experience working with high voltage AC systems and low voltage DC systems
Strong understanding and experience with pneumatics and pneumatic controls
Experience programming and configuring PLCs, HMIs, and other control devices
Proficiency with control systems, specifically Siemens and Keyence
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus)
