Senior Management Analyst   Job Description Summary: D&G is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to support the CISA Infrastructure Security Division (ISD). CISA ISD conducts and facilitates assessments to help critical infrastructure owners and operators and State, local, tribal, and territorial partners understand and address risks to critical infrastructure. The Senior Management Analyst will provide operational support to senior executive level management, including preparation and review materials submitted for approval to divisions, DHS Offices, DHS Component leadership and external recipients.  Roles & Responsibilities:   + Provide senior level experience that includes technical writing and suggestions for editing of Executive Branch, Congressional, GAO, OMB correspondence as well as drafting briefs, white papers, and reports in support of routine requirements. + Provide senior staff level support on various front office (senior level) administrative functions to include support to the Division-level Executive Leadership by reviewing, designing, developing, and integrating presentations, issue papers, briefings, responses, or other documents in response to internal and external tasks. + Identify, distribute, and balance workload and tasks among their employees in accordance with established workflows and skill levels. + Evaluate, analyze, and synthesize large quantities of data (which may be fragmented and contradictory) into high quality, fused targeted products. Requirements:   + 8-10 years’ experience which includes but is not limited to: + Experience applying previous senior level experience that includes technical editing of Executive Branch, Congressional, GAO, OMB correspondence as well as drafting briefs, white papers, and reports in support of routine requirements. + Experience providing operational support to senior executive level management, including the tasking of preparation and review of materials submitted for approval to division, DHS Offices, DHS Component leadership and external recipients. + Experience requires provision of responses to required tasks and management of interaction from/with DHS Offices and Components, as well as at the division level throughout the task management process.  Eligibility Requirements:   + Must possess DHS Suitability Additional Requirements: This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (ie., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))     Location:    + Onsite: Full-time onsite at client location in Arlington, VA with some hybrid flexibility.
