As an experienced Management Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to the BC management (Directors and VPs), the team, and our esteemed clients. You will support in shaping our offerings, developing the roadmap, and leverage your network to create new opportunities for growth.

As a Trusted Advisor you provide strategic advice to senior management and clients, helping them navigate transformative changes and capitalize on innovation. You utilize your network and expertise to sell business consultancy projects to top companies, contributing significantly to the growth of our consulting practice, and develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities. In our business consulting services you shape the offerings and roadmaps, and ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients. For the client engagement you build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business context and delivering high-quality, actionable insights. At last, you have a good team collaboration to work closely with the BC management team and other consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:• Risk Management: Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in projects and business strategies.
• Innovation and Creativity: Ability to drive innovative solutions and think creatively to solve business challenges.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to manage contracts, agreements, and client expectations.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as MES, VMS, CRM systems, Supply Chain, project management software, and data analysis tools.
• Change Management: Experience in managing change within organizations.
• Digital Transformation: Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Business Strategy: Strong understanding of business strategy and its application.
• Advisory: Experience in providing advisory services to senior management.
• Program and Project Lead: Experience in leading programs and projects, particularly in roles such as CIO or CXO.
Additional Required Skills:
• Industry Experience: Management consultant with 9+ years of experience working in the Manufacturing or Construction sector.
• Educational Background: At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or engineering.
• Consultancy Manner: High ability to package your experiences and present yourself in a professional manner
• Language: Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Desired Skills:
• Extended Network: Someone who has the ability and proven track record of finding own assignments.
• Public Speaking and Presentation Skills: Proficiency in delivering compelling presentations to large audiences.
• Industry-Specific Certifications: Relevant certifications in the manufacturing sector or other industries of focus.
• Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.

The position is based in Stockholm, Kungsholmen. Travel may be required for the role depending on the client requirements. CGI as a company has a hybrid model policy for work. Background checks may be conducted.
