We are currently seeking a Senior Management Specialist to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our Airborne Electronic Attack (AEA) Warfare program. This position will interface with uniformed Navy, NSWC Crane civilian and NAVAIR personnel in the Manning Training and Equipment (MTE) area. Tasking and the personnel’s primary duty station will be on-site at NAS Whidbey Island WA. Travel (approx. 10%) may be required to accomplish some tasking. **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** + Provide analysis, reports, and develop MTE execution and planning tools and track as appropriate to maximize employment and effectiveness of current and future modifications and upgrades of EW capability on the EA-18G Growler aircraft. + Evaluate advanced system architectures for effectiveness and propose innovative solutions to those findings. + Develop and deliver trade studies, analysis of alternatives, threat assessments, AEA mission profiles and operational assessments. + Provide direction to establish program priorities in the areas of Manning, training and equipment (MTE) + Establish a vision for the program to contribute across electronic warfare domains + Develop and maintain relationships with DOD sponsors and stake holders **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree and at least five (5) years of job-related experience or equivalent + Must be able to obtain and maintain an Active US Government Secret Clerance, with the ability to obtain a US Government TS/SCI Clearance. Please note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance. + Effective project management and or team leadership + Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills + Ability to work effectively with a variety of team members **Preferred Qualifications:** + Extensive experience with Airborne electronic Warfare systems and related technologies + Operational tactical aviation experience in USN/USMC + Active Secret Security Clearence Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
