Senior Manager, Account Management IAA - IAA Legacy Req

The Senior Manager of Account Management will be the ambassador to our customers. Responsible for working with and consulting providers on the auction process, distributing operational performance metrics to providers, monitoring timeline levels for dedicated providers, and giving oversight in markets where new business is piloted. The Sr. Manager Account Manager will also interact with branch staff members along with providers and their customers. This role requires a strong level of organization and the ability to transition effectively between administrative, operational and process related functions.

8-10 years related work experience Excellent interpersonal skills Experience in the insurance industry, and a keen understanding of the insurance life cycle required Critical thinking ability and a focus on progressive, results driven solutions Ability to thrive in an ever-changing industry, comfortable with ambiguity Strong aptitude to influence change Consultative, customer focused personality with a propensity for building lasting relationships Three to five years of insurance claims experience preferred Typical Remote/ Travel Environment Be able to function in all types of weather environments to include hot and cold temperature ranges, rain and snow. 40% to 60% travel time Insurance customer (“provider”) account management Primary point of contact for one or more providers Provide consultation to IAA operations and provider(s) on all elements of vehicle life cycle, including vehicle release, pick-up, check-in, title, and auction to proactively identify improvement opportunities and solutions both on IAA’s and provider’s sides Operational liaison between provider(s) and IAA field staff Implementation and oversight of new services or geographic markets Coordination and problem-solving for provider issues Creation, analysis, and distribution of performance reporting to provider(s) including:@@Auction results@@Cycle time results@@Impact of pilot programs Monitor and communicate performance to SLAs and other critical metrics Conduct and/or monitor yard audits, as necessary Participate and lead meetings with provider(s) and IAA operations in person and via web conference technology Interact with and present to executive management team Communication of any regulatory or procedural changes that will impact the provider(s) Build relationships at all levels within IAA’s and provider(s)’ organization Establish and maintain excellent communication with IAA and provider Assist with training IAA personnel on provider(s) requirements Provide advocacy for both the provider(s) and IAA operations Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned
