Working with the Worldwide Controllership function, this position will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of the Company’s external filings with the Securities & Exchange Commission, primarily our quarterly and annual filings on Form 10-Q and Form 10-K, respectively, including the XBRL tagging of financial data, as well as our Proxy Statement.
●The Senior Manager, SEC Reporting will also actively participate in our monthly and quarterly close process, including review and analysis of actual results.
●The Senior Manager, SEC Reporting will also be responsible for the preparation and analysis of the Company’s worldwide statement of cash flows, as well as the analysis of financial reporting packages repaired by the Company’s various domestic and international business units.
●This role will also be responsible for the preparation and review of our financial statement footnotes, including analysis of the supporting data provided by our regional accounting teams, as well as maintaining the quarterly reporting calendar.
●This role will require frequent interaction with management personnel at all levels of our organization, including Investor Relations, Enterprise FP&A, Tax, Legal, Treasury, business partners and each of our domestic and international accounting teams in order to ensure the accuracy of information included in
each of our public filings.
●This role will also require significant interaction and coordination with our external auditors to address issues arising from their quarterly review and annual audit processes, in order to ensure that all SEC filing deadlines are met.
●You will also play a primary role in supporting the Company’s treasury department in meeting the Company’s capital needs, including direct involvement in future potential public debt and equity offerings.
●Contribute to the preparation of materials that are presented on a quarterly basis to the Company’s audit committee.
●This role will be expected to be able to effectively research technical accounting literature as necessary in order to address specific accounting issues that may arise.
●The Senior Manager, SEC Reporting will also be responsible for our quarterly and annual filings with the Bureau of Economic Analysis.
Requirements:
●6-8 years of experience
●CPA preferred
●Qualified candidates must have a solid understanding of SEC reporting requirements
●Technical accounting skills, including knowledge of US GAAP, are required.
●The ideal candidate will possess solid organizational and documentation skills, strong attention to detail
and the ability to work well within a team.
●Experience with Workiva is preferred.
●Experience with Oracle and OneStream financial systems is preferred.
●The candidate should be comfortable with basic computer programs (MS Excel, Google platforms).
