What You’ll DoThis individual would serve a critical role managing Complex’s advertising and sales campaigns across its short-form and long-form programmingThis highly collaborative and detail-oriented person will also help develop strategies to optimize reporting and execution in close collaboration with the strategy and revenue operations teamsOversee campaign delivery across multiple channels, including podcasts, social media, video, and dynamic ad insertionManage post-sale operations, including campaign overviews and statement of work executionProvide comprehensive campaign reporting, insights and under-delivery concernsCollaborate with Finance team to support month-end billing processesExecute and optimize paid media campaigns across various social platformsCollaborate on audience development initiatives, including campaign setup, monitoring, and optimizationDeliver regular performance reports and spend analysisCompile and present market insights to the sales team, including new social ad productsConduct competitor analysis and provide strategic recommendationsMonitor industry trends and market activitiesAnalyze campaign performance and generate data-driven insights to drive performance for internal and client-owned productsContribute to cross-functional growth strategy developmentStreamline operational processes to support growth initiativesMaintain a comprehensive campaign insights repositoryWork is sedentary and involves sitting for the majority of work hoursAble to work full-time M-F and nights and weekends as neededWho You AreBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Master’s degree preferred.6+ years of experience in audience development, digital marketing, or paid media roles, with a focus on strategic leadership.Proven track record of driving audience growth and managing successful paid media campaigns.Expertise in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), and CRM systems.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.What We OfferBest in class health, dental, and vision insuranceHealthcare FSA Dependent Care FSA Commuter Benefits FSA Short-term/long-term disability and life insurancePaid Parental leave401k with 4% matchPet InsuranceLegal and Identity Theft PlansVacation time and sick days$110,000 - $125,000 a yearThe Pay Range, which consists of salary and commission, for this position is listed.
