Senior Manager, Affluent Proposition (Strategic Planning)
Principal responsibilities
Oversee the strategic planning process and lead the discussions with key stakeholders, e.g. product channel teams to come up with a consolidated customer growth strategic plan for senior management reportingLead on the measurement, monitoring and communication of performance outcomes to stakeholders across departments and to the Senior Leadership TeamOversee the overall budget for the department and monitor the day-to-day accrual, payment and reconciliation workLead on strategic projects to maximize business values from customer portfolio across segmentsCo-ordinate the control management work within department and ensure sub-teams to take respective actions in accordance to timelineStay on top of compliance requirements in particular cross border related sales and marketing for the mainlander segment, competition law, and fair value principle and take timely actions to mitigate relevant risk posing to the bank, where applicableStay abreast of regulatory requirements to ensure all customer communications and initiatives are compliance to FIM and related policiesA Career with Hang Seng Bank
